Rody Gorman was born in Dublin, Ireland in 1960 and now lives in the Isle of Skye, Scotland. He has worked as writing fellow in Scotland, Ireland, Macedonia and Canada. His work has been translated into Arabic, Dutch, Estonian, Galician, German, Hebrew, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Portugese, Slovene and Swedish.
Whilst at PROGR he wishes to extend language contact and collaborate with other artists, write poems and engage in translation (and drink beer..).
